14-Day Money-Back Guarantee
If this is your very first engagement with Falcon Media (no prior work history with us), you are covered by our 14-day money-back guarantee on your initial subscription fee.
The 14-day period starts on the day your first payment is processed.
If you are not satisfied with our onboarding process, communication, or initial service delivery during that time (for any reason), just email us at contact@falconmedia.studio with your project details and request. We will review it promptly and issue a full refund if eligible.
Important: Any videos, deliverables, or work created during the refund period remains Falcon Media's property and cannot be used without our written permission.
Returning Clients
If you have worked with us before (even if it was years ago or you paused services), the guarantee does not apply automatically.
Please email contact@falconmedia.studio before starting to confirm eligibility. We will let you know in writing if it can be extended.
The guarantee is strictly for your absolute first month with us.
How Refunds Work
Once approved (typically within 2 business days of your request), we will process your refund to the original payment method within 7–10 business days.
Refunds cover only the first 14 days' subscription fees and do not apply to one-time projects, custom work, add-ons, discounted plans, or taxes/fees.
Fair Use and Exclusions
This guarantee is for genuine first-time clients testing our services risk-free. We reserve the right to deny requests in cases of abuse, fraud, or repeat claims.
Refunds are not available after the 14-day window, for ongoing subscriptions, or if you have downloaded or used deliverables.
