About the role
The Video Editor plays a key role in crafting our content's visual narrative, focusing on editing for social media. This involves working with both short-form content and longer pieces for YouTube and other social media platforms.
Key Responsibilities
Edit videos based on scripts and footage.
Design sound: synchronize and mix audio; add effects/voiceovers.
Add graphics and special effects.
Perform color correction.
Ensure content quality meets goals and standards.
Collaborate with production staff.
Stay updated on editing technology and equipment.
Manage multiple projects within deadlines.
Incorporate feedback for desired outcomes.
